When you have found the item(s) you desire and have added these to the basket, you will need to go through these simple steps to finalize your purchase.
When shopping on the webshop, you enter an agreement under Danish law. You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you stated upon purchase. Likewise, you will receive an E-mail with the shipment’s tracking number as soon as the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
In the Webshop, you can pay via PayPal or Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debet, MasterCard, Maestro and MasterCard Debet. We first deduct the order’s amount from your account or your card when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. An amount greater than the sum you have approved at the time of purchase cannot be deducted. There are no extra surcharges for payments made in the web shop.
We ship your items within 3-5 working days of your order being approved and paid. Orders over 75 GBP or 100 EUR are delivered with free shipping. For orders under this amount, a shipping charge of 9 GBP or 10 EUR will be added.
England, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Austria, Poland, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, Hungary and Denmark.
We deliver to private addresses, business addresses and post offices. We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes. All orders are delivered by parcel post with GLS. You will receive a notice of delivery by email. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, GLS will leave a delivery note in your mailbox, and you must then contact GLS to arrange collection of your package.
Orders for furniture and other bulky goods will be delivered by a carrier on weekdays between 8.00am and 4.00pm. We will contact you to arrange a day when you can receive your goods. If you wish, on the day of delivery, the carrier can call you an hour before delivery. If you wish to arrange for the delivery to be made at a certain time, we charge a shipping charge of 55 GBP or 65 EUR. If you are not at home when the carrier arrives, you must pay for a new delivery.
When you shop at Lene Bjerre's web shop, you have guarantee of 24 months. If you have received a faulty item or a different item to the one you ordered, you can either have the item exchanged or refunded. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the item or other damaging action. If your complaint is justified, and you would like a replacement, we will send you a new item free of all shipping costs.
Send us an email as soon as possible and attach a photo of the defective product so the complaint can be assessed. If you complain within two months after the fault has been discovered, the complaint will always be made in good time.
Faulty or erroneous goods should be returned with a completed returns form. On the returns form, you can see what information we need to process your claim. We only accept complaints for goods that are purchased from Lene Bjerre's web shop.
Please note! We do not accept parcels COD (Cash on Delivery) and we will not collect parcels that have been sent without delivery.

It is very important that you verify that the shipment is not damaged upon receipt. When signing for receipt of the item, you are signifying that the item was not damaged or missing anything, and this means our insurance on the shipment is not valid. If there is the slightest damage to the packaging, you must make this known to the carrier on the spot.
With any visible shipping damage to the shipment's content/item - what do I do?
Reject the shipment straight away "due to shipping damage." The carrier will then take the parcel away again and you must then contact us and we will send a new one immediately.
With any visible shipping damage on the package/item - what do I do?
Inform the carrier that you will need to examine the contents of the shipment for any shipping damage due to the visible damage to the packaging. If for any reason the carrier will not allow this, you can either refuse the shipment or note "received subject to defects and omissions" on the shipping note, if you conclude that contents may still be in good condition. If the item is damaged, you must contact us within 5 days.
With any concealed shipping damage - what do I do?
Usually upon receipt of parcels, there is always the risk of concealed shipping damage. Immediately after you have received it and no later after 3 days, you must check that everything is ok, and if you should then discover any hidden freight damage, please immediately complain to us, and then we start a claims case and send a new item to you.
We make a record of your personal information for the sole purpose of delivering goods to you. Personal information is registered with Lene Bjerre Design A/ S and kept for five years, after which the data will be deleted.
When personal information is collected through our website, we ensure that it is always done with your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.
All employees of Lene Bjerre Design A/S have access to the information registered about you. We do not store our customer data encrypted, but on computers that are protected by passwords.
Information provided to the web shop is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information. Once registered with the web shop, you have the right at any time to object to the registration. You also have the right to access any information that has been registered about you.
