CLAIMS & REFUNDS AT LENE BJERRE

When you shop on www.lenebjerre.com, you have 24 months warranty. If you have received an item with errors or an item other than you ordered, you can either have the item exchanged or the money returned. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behaviour.

If your complaint is justified and you wish to exchange, we will ship a new item free of charge within 5 working days of receipt, while a refund for an item is made within 14 days of receipt.

You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the item error. We recommend that you advertise as soon as possible. If you advertise within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Note: We only process complaints on items purchased on www.lenebjerre.com and we do not receive packages sent per demand or pick up packages shipped without delivery.

We recommend that you check your order for any errors and defects as soon as you receive it. Should the package have the slightest sign of damage and if the packaging is not intact, you should address it to the carrier.
