FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

f you want to return a purchase that you have made with us, then you can do so by filling out our return form.

An employee will then contact you by email, where you can receive a return label. The value of the return label will be deducted from your return amount.

Within 14 working days you will be able to expect to receive your money for your return. However, this depends on when we receive the package at the head office so we can process your return. The process time can therefore vary a bit.

If your product has defects or deficiencies, then you can create a complaint via our form here.

If, on the other hand, you suspect that your item has been damaged during shipment, you should file an objection to the carrier. We can help you with this if you state in the contact form that there is a transport damage. Then we will help you get in touch with the transport company.

If you have received a wrong item from us, then you can fill out our contact form, and one of our skilled employees will quickly help you find a solution.

If you have unfortunately not received your order from us yet, then you can fill out our contact form, and one of our skilled employees will quickly help you find out why your order has not arrived yet.

Remember to enter your order number when filling out the contact form - then we can help you faster!

Unfortunately, you can not change your order after the payment is approved.

However, you can cancel your order if you make it known within 12 hours of purchase at webshop@lenebjerre.com. Then we will do our best to achieve this. NOTE. We will only be able to do so within our opening hours:

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 - 15:00

Friday: 9:00 - 13:00

Unfortunately, you can not add more items if you have completed your order, as we will process it immediately.

If you want to add more products then you will need to place a new order.
