HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

If you have any issues placing an order in our webshop, we have created a small short guide that can help you step by step to complete your order.

1. CHECK IF YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT COUNTRY

Select the globe icon in the upper right corner to get a menu where you can check if the webshop is set to the right country.

2. CHOOSE COUNTRY & LANGUAGE

To get the best experience on our webshop, you must choose the country in which you live and which language you would like to see.

Our webshop is set up in such a way that "Land" determines which currency you are shown. "Language" determines the language in which the webshop is displayed.

Once you have chosen the right, then you are ready to shop!

3. ADD PRODUCTS TO THE CART

Go to the webshop and find a product that you would like to buy. You add it to the cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button.

4. GO TO THE CART

Click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner to see the products you have added to the cart.

5. COMPLETE ALL YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION

Add all your information (name, phone address, etc.) in the "Billing address" field.

The field "Shipping address" only needs to be filled in if you want your order delivered to an address other than the stated invoice address.

If you have shopped with us before, you can click on the button "Already a customer?". and retrieve your contact information.

6. CHOOSE PAYMENT AND DELIVERY METHOD

Choose which payment method you would like to use. Afterwards, you choose the delivery method.

7. DO YOU HAVE A VOUCHER CODE?

If you have received a voucher code for our webshop, you can redeem it by entering it in the field "Enter voucher code". Then you confirm the code by pressing the "Apply" button.

Note: Some voucher codes may be limited in time or may be used only once.

8. REVIEW YOUR ORDER BEFORE BUYING

Review your order before proceeding with the payment. Check if all the products are in stock, if you have entered the correct number of items and if any discounts have been deducted from the order.

Before the purchase can be completed, you must accept our terms of sale and delivery. You will then be redirected to a new window where you can complete your payment via a secure connection.

9. YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION

After payment has been made, you will both see an order confirmation on your screen and have it sent to the e-mail address that you have entered under the field "Billig address".

Remember: Always check your "spam folder" or "unwanted e-mails" for e-mails from us, as they may end up in these folders.
